Shipping policy

Loganberry will always work to process your orders as quickly as possible. Handmade items take time and we appreciate your patience.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship after it has been placed.  You will receive an email with an order confirmation at the time of purchase and an additional email once a shipping label has been created and your order is shipped with tracking information.

If after 7 business days you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us to inquire about the status of your order. 

Loganberry is not responsible for packages once they are picked up by USPS.  Loganberry is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
